Who We Are
Own Flower is a flower studio in Sydney, Australia. This policy covers this website and enquiries sent to Ownflower2u@gmail.com. It does not describe the terms of any separate purchase or delivery arrangement.
What Information Is Involved
You can browse our flowers without creating an account or submitting a form. This website has no checkout, payment collection, mailing-list signup, advertising or visitor analytics added by Own Flower.
If you choose an email link, your email application opens. Nothing is sent until you send the email yourself. Own Flower receives your email address, your sender name and any details or attachments you choose to include, such as an occasion, preferred date or flower preferences. These details allow us to read and respond to your enquiry. Please only include information relevant to your request.
When the website is served through Cloudflare, Cloudflare processes connection and request information, such as your IP address, browser information, requested pages and request times, to deliver and protect the site. This technical processing is separate from our preference cookie.
Services That Handle Information
The site is prepared for hosting on Cloudflare. Our contact address uses Google’s Gmail service. These providers process information to provide hosting, security and email services. Information handled by these services may be processed outside Australia, including in the United States and other countries where they or their service providers operate.

Storage & Retention
The website does not store a customer database or copies of email enquiries. Correspondence you send is held in the email service, separately from this website. The website does not automatically delete email messages when a cookie expires or when you leave the page. Contact us for information about retention of a particular enquiry or to request its deletion; records may need to be retained to fulfil legal obligations or resolve a dispute.
The preference cookie expires after 180 days unless you remove it sooner. The record of declining cookies lasts for the tab’s browser session. Hosting and email providers manage their own technical records under their policies.

To ask about your personal information, request access, correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, email Ownflower2u@gmail.com with “Privacy enquiry” in the subject. Include enough detail to help us identify your enquiry, without sending unnecessary sensitive information. We may need to verify your identity before providing personal information.
